How to Get a Flight Itinerary Without Paying for an Actual Flight Ticket?

Getting a flight itinerary for a visa is actually pretty simple. Instead of losing your money buying an actual flight that you won’t use, we’d advise you to rent a flight ticket. This can be done directly via the airline of your choice but you’ll usually have to pay a booking fee of 10 % of the actual flight.

Getting a Confirmed Flight Itinerary and a Flight Reservation for your visa application is not something that it can always be done completely free of charge. It is normal to get charged with a symbolic amount of money for getting your confirmation over your Flight or Travel Itinerary. Few air companies might do this for free by not charging you anything until you buy the actual Flight Ticket. Anyways, searching online for companies with such offers as Dummy Flight Itinerary can be time-consuming, which might even result in not finding one at the end.

Cheapest option: there are a few online companies that provide this kind of service for a small amount of money. Onward Ticket, for example, provides proof of flight itinerary for as low as 14 € / $14. Their documents include all the info requested as well as a valid PNR number. It’s perfectly legal and very economical.

In its place, you can also use the visa consultation services of a travel agent or find one online like Schengen Visa Itinerary. The guys from Schengen Visa Itinerary can handle most of your visa requirements, such as Flight ItinerariesHotel Reservations, along with free consultation over email.

All you have to do is:

1.       Go to the Schengen Visa Itinerary website

2.       Choose your departure date and your destination

3.       Enter your personal information

4.       Choose an option (receive your ticket later, only direct flights, etc.)

5.       Choose your currency (€ or $)

6.       Pay for your flight itinerary

You then instantly receive your flight itinerary in your mailbox.

When is the Best Time to Buy Travel Insurance for Your Visa?

People plan for hotels, flights, amenities when they travel yet they forgot to consider a crucial aspect - insurance. Travel insurance can save you from a lot of potential troubles that you might face while travelling - from cancelled flights to stolen luggage. You can buy travel insurance right up until the last day before you board your flight. However, timing plays a critical role in the extent of the benefits you reap from your travel plan. Let’s throw light on some situations to infer the best time to buy travel insurance.

Before you book your flight tickets

This is the ideal time to buy travel insurance if you plan to take multiple trips in a calendar year. Buying multi-trip insurance saves, you from the hassle of purchasing travel insurance each time you make a trip. It covers you for all trips taken in the policy coverage duration. Additionally, it proves to be more cost-effective.

Buying at the last-minute

Many people defer purchasing the travel insurance and end up buying it just a day or day before their flight departure day. This is the riskiest of purchase and should be avoided as far as possible. The biggest drawback of buying the travel plan at this time is that you get deprived of number of benefits of your travel plan that you were entitled to.

Any insurance plan takes a few days to come into effect. Buying the protection plan at the last-minute means you will be travelling uninsured till your policy gets into effect. This might also lead to insurance companies rejecting your claim. Most often, you lose your cover for cancellation costs. Major coverage that needs early purchase to come into effect are:

Coverage for cancellation due to any reason

Coverage for cancellation due to work reasons.

Coverage for a pre-existing medical condition.

        Protection against financial default.

You should contact your insurance provider (Schengen Visa Itinerary) for detailed information on your policy.

The ideal time to purchase travel insurance

Generally, you should BUY A TRAVEL INSURANCE PLAN within fourteen days of booking for your holiday. However, the best time to buy travel insurance should coincide with the date you make the first arrangement and make your first trip deposit like a flight ticket.

Purchasing a travel insurance plan this early protects you from unforeseen circumstances.

As most travel plans cover unexpected events; you can benefit from an early purchase. For instance, you booked a holiday for Bahrain three months in advance.

Bottom line

A lot can go wrong between the time you book your trip and the time you board the flight for your vacation. However, by purchasing a travel insurance simultaneously with your first booking keeps you covered for any of the unexpected events and realize the very purpose of buying a travel insurance plan.

We also offer Flight Reservation and Hotel Reservation to complete your visa requirements.

Importance of Having a Flight Itinerary when Applying for a Visa

A Flight Itinerary that is needed for a visa application is a document that shows your travel plans and includes information such as your flights, dates of travel, and destinations. It is usually issued by the airline when you book your flights. A flight itinerary that is needed for a visa application does not guarantee that your visa will be approved. Still, it does show that you have made concrete plans to travel to the Schengen area and helps strengthen your application. It is recommended to have travel insurance for Schengen visa to make your tour hassle-free and peaceful.

If you plan to apply for a Schengen Visa, you should know a few things about flight itineraries. This article will cover everything you need to know about flight itineraries for visa applications, including what they are, why you need one, how to get one, and more.

What is the Difference Between Flight Itinerary and Flight Ticket?

There is a common misconception that flight itineraries and flight tickets are the same things, and in reality, they are two very different documents that serve other purposes. A flight itinerary is simply a schedule of flights, while a flight ticket is an actual document that allows you to board the plane.

Let's take a closer look at the difference between these two documents:

1. Flight Itinerary:

A flight itinerary is a detailed schedule of flights, usually including departure and arrival times, airlines, flight numbers, and layover information. It does not guarantee you a seat on the plane and cannot be used to board the aircraft.

2. Flight Ticket:

On the other hand, a flight ticket is an actual document that allows you to board the plane. To get a flight ticket, you must first purchase a seat on the plane. Once you have done so, you will be issued a flight ticket that includes your name, flight details, and other important information.

So, to recap, the main difference between a flight itinerary and a flight ticket is that a flight itinerary is simply a schedule of flights. In contrast, a flight ticket is an actual document that allows you to board the plane. If you're looking to book a flight, make sure you understand which document you need to avoid any confusion or problems down the road.

Additionally, if you’re looking for trustworthy and verifiable flight itinerary provider then give it a try Schengen Visa Itinerary. They’re offering Flight Reservation for visaHotel Booking at your destinations and Travel Insurance for any Schengen visa country.

Conclusion

So, there you have it! Everything you need to know about booking a flight itinerary, especially for visa application. We highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR SCHENGEN VISA, as it can provide peace of mind in any unforeseen circumstances.

Can We Buy Travel Insurance After Booking a Flight and When Should We Buy Travel Insurance??

Yes, typically travelers will wait to buy a policy until they’ve made at least one insurable payment toward their trip, which can include booking a flight, hotel, tour, or other prepaid and non-refundable trip expenses. Travelers can purchase travel insurance with comprehensive coverage anytime up until the day before they leave for their trip.

In most cases, travel insurance is bought right after the bookings are made. This will give you a clear idea about the extent of coverage you need and any add-ons you should include in your policy.

Travel is a significant part of every individual’s life. Whether it’s for leisure or business, every person sets off to an unknown land at some point of time. However, when a traveler undertakes a journey overseas, the chances of uncertainties are high. Due to the unpredictability of life, an individual must ensure that they are financially equipped to deal with such circumstances. This is where the importance of having a travel insurance policy arises.

Travel insurance is a product that provides coverage for unfortunate events like trip cancellations, flight delays, loss of baggage or passport or any medical emergency arising in the middle of a trip.

When Should I Buy Travel Insurance?

Comprehensive Travel Insurance policies, including coverage for Trip Cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays and lost luggage, are available up until the day before you leave for your trip.

Schengen Visa Itinerary recommends buying shortly after making your first trip payment. This will ensure you have coverage for any unforeseen occurrences between booking and departing. If you buy travel insurance within 14-21 days, you may also qualify for the time-sensitive benefits, such as Cancel for Any Reason and Pre-Existing Condition coverage.

You should be aware that travel insurance is designed to cover unexpected events. If an event occurs before you’ve purchased a policy, such as an illness that would cause you to cancel your trip, it will be too late to get coverage for that sickness.

If you need support with an upcoming trip to the Schengen Area, please contact us today. We also offer Flight Reservation and Hotel Reservation to complete your visa requirements.

Where Can Utilize a Flight Itinerary Instead of a Flight Ticket for Your Visa?

There are some foremost factors for which we can use flight itinerary mostly:

Use For Visa Application Purposes:

The abstraction of flight itineraries arises when embassies/consulates allow submitting flight itinerary along with application documents. A long time before, it was mandatory to attach an actual ticket with a visa application. Otherwise, the embassy has rejected the application, but now it is very convenient to utilize a flight booking instead of a ticket.

Use For Travel Purposes:

Sometimes we need to show the details of our route to our friends, family, and colleagues. It is impossible to purchase an actual flight ticket by spending an amount and show it to them, then we book a flight reservation and plainly shows all routes details to them.

For Reserve Desirable Flight:

The fares of the flights change daily but, you want to hold a desirable flight for your trip. The airline facilitates you by providing a booking that is called a flight itinerary. You can convert a flight reservation/itinerary into a ticket on the same fares when you reserved it. Please keep in mind that you can transmute your reservation in a minimum of 48 hours or a maximum of 72 hours.

Conversely, if you found any error like this reservation code or reference code doesn’t exist so please contact to your flight reservation or flight itinerary provider because this is not what you should overlook.

Additionally, if you’re looking for trustworthy and verifiable flight itinerary provider then give it a try Schengen Visa Itinerary. They’re offering Flight Reservation for visa, Hotel Booking at your destinations and Travel Insurance for any Schengen visa country.

Why do embassies and consulates ask about Flight Itinerary for visa application?

A Flight Itinerary is a document that confirms the schedule of the flight that you are planning to take to your destination country and back, and that you have a saved seat on this flight for a particular number of days. A Flight Itinerary or Flight Reservation for visa is a reserved itinerary or flight plan to and from the country you are planning to visit. These itineraries are not actual flight tickets because they are not paid for, except for the minimal service or processing charges that the travel agent will make. Once your visa is issued, you can either go ahead and confirm the reserved booking or cancel it and book new tickets for your preferred dates.

Why do embassies and consulates ask about Flight Itinerary for visa application?

Most embassies and consulates around the world do not require visa applicants to book plane tickets, knowing that if a visa is denied, it is inevitable that the applicant will lose their money. They even state in the list of documents required to apply for a visa that applicants are not required to purchase tickets, but only to reserve a flight.

And only after getting your visa you can buy or cancel the reserved ticket within the validity period of your reserved ticket.

However, there may be some exceptions where the embassy or consulate may in some cases ask you to purchase a return flight ticket before the visa interview.

The decision on visa period

The second reason is the decision on the length of your visa. The embassy officer or consulate you apply to will decide the length of your visa based on the itinerary so that you can obtain a visa that allows you to stay in your destination country for as long as possible.

Behind the fact of the incident:

Another important thing is that every traveler should specifically consider who is going to submit their visa application, most travelers think that reservation is a matter of validity, but always remember that travel company and travel agencies Cannot control validity. Things directly controlled by the airlines and they have reserved the right to reduce any reservation without prior notice and this fact is already known by diplomatic authorities, so do not panic about it.

Additionally, if you’re looking for trustworthy and verifiable flight itinerary provider then give it a try Schengen Visa Itinerary. They’re offering Flight Reservation for visa, Hotel Booking at your destinations and Travel Insurance for any Schengen visa country.

Dummy Air Ticket or Actual Flight Ticket: What should I Purchase for Visa Application?

Introduction

If you are new to traveling and submitting a visa application for the very first time, a question will surely pop up that should you purchase a dummy air ticket or an actual flight ticket for the visa application purpose?

But you need not worry anymore as this article addresses this ambiguity once and for all.

What is Dummy Air Ticket?

dummy air ticket or dummy flight reservation is a piece of document that you submit for the visa application’s purpose only. It’s not an actual air ticket but can be converted into one if need be.

A dummy reservation entails the applicant’s information including his full name, proposed flight route, entrance date, departure date, and name of the airline.

While purchasing a dummy air ticket for the visa application’s purpose, you should make sure that it is verifiable. It means that the visa officer can verify it by entering a unique six-digit alphanumeric code on the airline’s website(https://www.schengenvisaitinerary.com/ ). If it is verifiable, the website will display all the information of the applicant including his/her full name, entrance date, departure date, and proposed flight routes along with complete flight itinerary.

If the website does not redirect the visa officer to the information tab and an error appears, it means that you have been scammed and your dummy flight reservation is not verifiable. This will result in rejection of the application.

A dummy reservation is also called a flight reservation for visa application, flight itinerary for visa application, or travel itinerary.

Get a 100% verifiable flight itinerary for your visa application and save your hard earn money by clicking below to order now.

What is an Actual Flight Ticket?

The term is self-explanatory itself. Isn’t it?

An actual flight ticket is a real flight ticket. The only thing that differs it from a dummy air ticket is that the former costs a lot of money when compared with the latter.

Now, this leads us to the actual query: Should I purchase a Dummy Air Ticket or an Actual Air Ticket?

For visa application purposes, always purchase a dummy air ticket. The reason behind this recommendation is that a dummy flight reservation costs only a petty amount.

Now in case, your visa application is rejected for any reason whatsoever, you will lose all or greater chunk of your hard-earned money that you spent on an actual air ticket.

One-Way Air Ticket and Roundtrip Dummy Air Ticket

For short-stay visas, we recommend that you always attach a roundtrip air ticket with your visa application as it increases the chances of visa approval manifold.

For long-stay visas, always attach a one-way air ticket with your visa application as you are not sure about the date you’ll fly back to your country.

Conclusion:

The embassy or consulate must ask you to submit the flight itinerary for visa application process without reserve a flight reservation or ticket the visa application process not being set up and your visa may be rejected.

Sometimes travelers submitted Actual flight ticket during the visa application process, but in the case of rejection, travelers lose huge hard earn money. Even embassies not so much recommended attaching the original airline ticket with your visa application.

You can book a dummy ticket for the visa with just one click

How to show Proof of Accommodation and what are the documents required for proof of Accommodation?

For all of the above places of residences, be they temporary (i.e. you are staying there for a portion of your trip) or permanent (i.e. you are staying there throughout your entire trip) you must provide the following additional information/documents:

1.       Complete address (street number, city, postal code, building number, and/or apt number).

2.       Complete contact information (telephone number and email address).

3.       If staying with a host: first and last name of the individual(s) you will be staying with AND an invitation letter from said host(s).

Documents required for Proof of Accommodation

The following documents are accepted as proof of accommodation:

1.       If hotel: proof of booking, such as a reservation.

2.       If apt rental/lease: rental/lease agreement (with your verified signature).

3.       If staying at a property you own: proof of purchase/ownership (with your verified signature).

4.       Proof you can afford/have already paid for your lodging (in the form of a deposit or renter’s agreement, credit card charges, etc.).

6.       Private invitation (in the form of a letter).

Bring original documents when available, otherwise print out copies of documents and submit them with your visa application.

Please note, while different countries have different requirements/preferences for providing proof of accommodation, the above general types of lodging (and related documents) are considered universal. Check with your specific consulate/embassy to determine how best to provide proof of accommodation in your intended Schengen country of stay.

If you have received an invitation to stay in the home of a citizen of a Schengen country, the person extending you the invitation is in most cases required to write a letter on your behalf, which you will submit as part of your Schengen visa application. In this letter, your host should likely share information as to the nature of your relationship (how you know each other, etc.) and declare him or herself to be responsible for providing you with accommodation throughout your stay. For more detailed information on the format and contents of invitation letters, please check with your specific consulate/embassy to learn more.

Please note, consular authorities will check the addresses you provided as your intended accommodation(s) as part of their examination of your Schengen visa application. If any of the addresses are inconclusive, or, for example, the name of a provided hotel does not exist, or the hotel exists but has no record of a reservation made in your name, you will likely be denied a visa on the grounds that you have failed to credibly established proof of accommodation. Therefore, make sure you enter all information related to your accommodation correctly and confirm that it is valid and complete before submitting it with your application.

·       The process of getting a Proof of Accommodation for visa application is simple and quick, just follow these steps:

·        Go to https://www.schengenvisaitinerary.com/

·        Choose the service you need. You can pick one, two or three of them together (Flight ItineraryHotel Reservation and Travel Insurance).

·        Give basic information about you in a short form as your name & surname as given in your passport, your email address, phone number, as well as travellers flight details as the date of arrival and departure.

·        After you click apply, you will have to proceed with the online payment.

·        Upon the confirmation of your payment, you will receive an email at the address you have submitted, with the details of the service you have purchase.

·        Print the email and present it to the diplomatic office in your reserved visa interview session.

HOW TO BOOK A FLIGHT RESERVATION FOR A SCHENGEN VISA APPLICATION WITHOUT ACTUALLY PAYING FOR A FULL FLIGHT TICKET!

Are you wondering how to book a flight reservation for your Schengen Visa application, or just looking for a flight itinerary with a unique booking code that is verifiable with the airline, all without actually having to pay the full price for a flight ticket that you might not be able to use? You’re in the right place!

We have been in exactly this position ourselves, so we’re going to show you the best way to get it done and why you should employ the professional services of a travel company like Schengen Visa Itinerary, who can make the process clear and simple as possible while providing you with a real travel itinerary and verifiable flight reservation to ensure your visa application has the best possible chance of success.

When we decided to take our dream Euro trip for our one-month honeymoon, we came up against the same challenge that so many others have come across before us, and much more do every day – the requirement to show a real flight reservation and travel itinerary for your whole trip. When you first see this requirement, you may well think that you have to book and pay for all of your Flight Tickets and Hotel Reservations before you can even start to apply for your Schengen Visa, which you don’t even know if you’re going to get! It’s easy to see why so many people would think this when this is what they were reading the application requirements from one of the Schengen countries…

“Copy of the roundtrip airline reservation with Passenger Registration Number (or reservation number) and travel itinerary. The reservation should prove that the stay in the Schengen area does not exceed 90 days. It is recommended not to buy the ticket until the visa is granted.”

But you can see how it gets even more confusing, “It is not recommended to buy the ticket until the visa is granted.” To the uninitiated first-time applicant, especially one born into the era of personal computers, the internet and doing everything yourself, this makes no sense whatsoever. How is it possible to get a confirmed flight booking and travel itinerary without actually paying for anything?!

The answer is all in the reasons why the embassies require an itinerary and not the fully paid for tickets to process visa applications. It’s as simple as the fact that they need to verify that you are traveling to that particular country for the reasons that you say you are. So if you have stated your reason for traveling there as, “tourism,” then it’s only logical that you should be able to show where you plan on going, when and for how long in order to prove that. Of course, they are not unreasonable people, so they don’t expect you to risk buying an expensive Flight Ticket and paying for Accommodation before you know if the visa will be approved. That is why they only ask for an itinerary and a reservation, rather than a paid for a ticket.

Do We Really Need to Show Confirmed Hotel Bookings and Flight Reservations for Visa Application?

Now, this is a bit tricky.

Though they mention on their websites, not to book the confirmed flight tickets but ask for the confirmation proof.

To get a Schengen visa, it is mandatory to show Confirmed Flight Tickets and Accommodation Bookings for your entire duration of travel and stay in the Schengen region.

The safest option is to book fully refundable flights on your credit card and cancel to rebook the cheaper flights once you get your visa.

Fully refundable flights, of course, are way more expensive than their non-refundable counterparts but keep you safe from any losses and then no one can question its authenticity.

The ticket hold option for a free or minimal fee or using award miles by airline companies can be used.

But, they can hold tickets minimum for a day and maximum for a week. So, it’s quite risky if your visa processing takes more than a week’s time.

Which option did we choose?

We paid a little amount of money to a travel agent and got our flight or travel itinerary.

Flight Itinerary is like a detailed plan of the flights to the Schengen area.

The document shows the chosen airline with a flight name, your name, a valid flight reservation number or booking ID, arrival and departure date and airport codes, as well as the price.

There are a couple of online visa booking sites too that provide flight and hotel itinerary for a little amount of service fee.

You can go ahead with the same flights once you get the visa and your money is adjusted in the total flight amount or you can plan to book different flights. Here, the loss is minimal.

For accommodations, we can use  https://www.schengenvisaitinerary.com/ to book hotels, cancelled them, and booked Flight Ticket when we get the visa.

Schengen Visa Itinerary lets you book hotels and cancel them nearer to your date of stay without a fee.

Proof of accommodation:

Hotel booking confirmation containing the complete name and contact information of the hotel with the hotel voucher.

In some cases, you are required to show CONFIRMED Hotel Bookings for each and every city/country you are visiting in the Schengen region.

Norway embassy asks for confirmed hotel booking only in Norway.

Having an invitation letter from one of your friends or relatives staying in the country you are applying to adds power to your visa application. You just don’t need to show any hotel bookings in that case.

We use Schengen Visa Itinerary for all our accommodation needs in India, or abroad. Schengen Visa Itinerary gives you the flexibility to book now and pay later and doesn’t charge the cancellation fee. Isn’t that awesome! And, Schengen Visa Itinerary is the best option if you’re traveling with kids (more space and freedom). Plus, it offers an authentic experience of living like a local! And also offers affordable Travel Insurance to complete your visa requirements.
