If you’re traveling to
Schengen and you would like to use for a Schengen visa, please see the entire
list of the applying necessities below. Certify you submit the needs below to
urge your visa approved.
Visa Application Requirements:
·
Application
form completed truthfully in print and signed by the applier in each required
boxes. (Applications of minors need to be signed by their legal guardian). Two
(2) passport sized photos with white background not older than six months.
(Edited photos aren't accepted, Please paste your photo and don't staple on the
cover letter).
·
Original
Passport -valid for a minimum of three months once departure from Schengen.
Please include photocopies of used pages. Valid passport should have a minimum
of 2 pages (if approved, visa is going to be affixed on said pages).
·
Previous
Passport (for the last three years) and past visas/stamps to Schengen and other
countries (if there's any)
·
If
employed
1.
Submit
Certificate of Employment stating position, length of service, earnings and
period of the approved leave of absence, company ID, and pay slips of the last
three months.
·
If
self-employed
1.
Corporation:
present Articles of Incorporation and proof of annual financial gain.
2.
Single
Proprietorship: present Business Name Registration from DTI and latest ITR.
·
If
student
1.
Certification
of enrollment from the school or college & school ID.
2.
If the
person goes on a vacation throughout summer or semester break, submit a
certification of reservation or certification of enrollment to prove that
she/he is listed for next school year/semester.

Bank
Certification
·
Round-trip

·
Travel Insurance – should
be valid for all Schengen States covering the whole amount of the person’s
intended keep or transit. The minimum coverage shall be 30,000 EUR.
·
Proof of
accommodation for Schengen: hotel booking and confirmation, hotel reservations.
You need to show hotel booking for all cities you're going to visit on your
trip.
·
Marriage
Contract (if applicable) + photocopy
·
Birth
certificate of kids (if applicable) - not needed but could strengthen the
application.
·
For
minors (under the age of 18):
1.
Original
certificate of the kid (plus photocopy)
2.
Passport
of both parents – both parents should appear in person at the Embassy.
3.
Original letter
of Parental consent – to apply for and acquire a Schengen Visa signed by both
parents
4.
If just
one of the parents has the only custody of the kid, the Court decision award
custody to the parent should be submitted (plus photocopy)
5.
If the
parent is dead, Death Certificate should be submitted (plus photocopy)
